We were very taken by the patio area, it was nice and quiet and comfortable. The things I missed that they didn't have a tropical feel to it like this one was stayed in Kansas, Wichita. 🍍

They have an exceptional staff and were available to help anytime needed during our stay. Everyone was super friendly and enjoyable to deal with. The room was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised because I honestly did not expect what we had mainly due to how reasonable their rates are. I have stayed at fancy, costly hotels and I received better hospitality than at any of the "fancy" high end ones. Will definitely use again if needed when we come through town.

The bathroom was leaking and we requested to have it fixed but no one came. We also requested housekeeping and spoke to a staff on the same floor. When we got back to the room the room was the same way we left it. We had to complain and we were moved to another room. Internet was horrible couldn’t get any service. The back entrance was left unlocked so no key was required. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Had to move rooms because tv was broken, room seemed dirty, sheets didn’t fit the bed, etc. There was mold in ceiling and just very outdated overall. They charge a 150 fee up front in case of damages and then you have to wait 3-5 days to get that back. Damages to an already damaged and dirty hotel?! I could see at a nicer hotel but this won’t it.

There’s dirt piled up in corners of the room, I saw toenails and food crumbs beside my bed. The shower has mold, which means they clearly aren’t cleaning with some type of bleach. That makes me feel a bit of the ick! I got charged 93.45 for no reason, it was reversed but that put me in a bind! The staff was nice but this place needs a deep clean before it gets bad.

This time when I stayed the lamp was unplug tried to move it to plug it in after maintenance staff didn’t come. We called numerous times for maintenance no one came until the lamp that I broke trying to move the lamp to plug it in. Of course I was charge but I will be staying at another hotel on my various trips (work & personal).
