"I wanted to go to the Omni bath house. This was a great location to relax with my friend and go for a soak there. On the way we stopped to see the waterfalls. It has 2 nicely appointed master suites on opposite sides of the main living area. I loved being by the river my only complaint was the weather. I would love to visit during warmer days to enjoy the outside "

"Two parents and our four children and a family dog booked Spring Break in March. We had a great time experiencing the out doors from hiking to stand up paddle boarding on Lake Moomaw to kayaking down the Jackson River to reading on hammocks by the river and camp fires at night. Our host left excellent information on the area and was easy to contact. "

"We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...
