"My visit was in winter and it was rainy so I loved that it is central to shopping and the museums. 10-15 minute walk to most places. The staff was very detailed and friendly. Our room was gorgeous and immaculate in every way. We had beautiful big windows to open and let in fresh, cool air. Breakfast was worth it and very delicious with fresh cut fruit pastry items and espresso drinks/ juice/ sparkling water 😍 I had tons of time to explore all day instead of looking for something to eat so...

"We were able to check in just after midnight. The front door was locked by this time for security, but the front desk answered the intercom, and the service was great, self check in was easy. The front desk staff speaks perfect english. The cocktail at the bar was delicious! "

"The hotel was undergoing renovation. Rooms are very small and the bolt on the door was not working (which cannot even be raised when you are a solo traveler). The breakfast staff were a bit rude, for instance trying to have me relocate where I was seated for breakfast because I was close to where the staff were talking to each other. The room was clean and in a convenient location. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and brought me tea when I was under the weather. "
