Proche du métro.Bien aménagé. Par contre le logement est vieillissant, les fenêtres ferment mal, dans la mini chambre on entend énormément la route et le froid passe, Idem pour la porte d'entrée. Le tiroir du lavabo est cassé. Ça reste une location agréable et bien située dans Paris.propre."

"The hosts were wonderful; meet us at the apartment to show us how to get in, where everything was in the apartment. Had a wonderful French breakfast waiting for us. Walked us around the neighborhood showing us the best grocery store, patisseries, etc and where the Metro was located (less than 10 min from the apartment). "

"The unit is as advertised, but I didn't realize it was as small as it was. Luckily, it was a short stay, and we had no problems sharing a small space and climbing into the loft to sleep. Communication was excellent, and customer service was outstanding. We arrived late; they met us at the apartment and thoroughly oriented us to the apartment and local area. It was a vibrant community with many bars and restaurants and was close to multiple metro stops. "

"We spent five days in Paris in Vincent and Severine's apartment. The place is very modern and custom furnished. I'd say a little bit small if you travel with two teenagers and with big suitcases but it has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed as well.It is well located as it's only three minutes from the metro station and then after 20 minutes you can be on most of Paris landmarks.Vincent helped us to book a driver to take us from Gare du Nord to the apartment, and...

"Overall great experience. Communication was good with property owner. Apt was spacious for a family of 6. We opted for the car service from and to the airport which was exceptional but additional, it was so worth it though. Metro was close and easily accessible. The restaurants and markets near by were a plus. "

"Location - was great. It was beside a metro station and only took about 30 mins to get into the city. It's difficult to find at night. You need to be there during the day.Safety - I felt extremely safe. Gates and codes to gain access.Cleanliness - It was tidy and surface clean, but it needs a deep clean. Bathroom - adequate size, but they need to supply thicker towels and few more hand towels would be really nice. The towels were spit through. They should remove other peoples soap and shampoo...

"This was a fantastic apartment to stay in for our visit to Paris for the Olympics. The apartment was very spacious and clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. The train station is a short 5 minute walk, one stop to Disneyland or a 30 minute journey to the centre of Paris. Opposite the apartment was a very convenient Carrefour. We had a great stay, and would highly recommend."
