"We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. The location was excellent—situated in a pleasant neighborhood and just a short walk to Metro/buses, which made getting around the city very convenient. Communication was also top-notch; any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. We would absolutely choose to stay here again."

"Overall a great apartment. Close to Gare de Lyon and very walkable even from Notre Dame (30 min). For a Paris apartment its large.. about 900sq ft. The only drawback is that the three bedrooms are all essentially in the basement and there are no windows so its a bit like sleeping in a cave. The upstairs has a large window but it is frosted over as it looks out to the sidewalk, so there is really no view at all. "Did not live up to the photos, beds were bad and neighborhood not the best. Smelled like a smoker lived there for a while with visible smoke stains on the ceiling. Caused my allergies to flare up, only stayed a night left for a hotel in the morning. Host did not respond."

Proche du métro.Bien aménagé. Par contre le logement est vieillissant, les fenêtres ferment mal, dans la mini chambre on entend énormément la route et le froid passe, Idem pour la porte d'entrée. Le tiroir du lavabo est cassé. Ça reste une location agréable et bien située dans Paris.propre."
