"The room had worn and stained carpets, the bed sheet had a marks on it and bathroom had black mold on the roof above the shower and around the roof edges. Left and booked alternative accomodation. Would expect refund of cost."

"This was a very nice hotel for a short stay. It is just a few minutes from the station, and the centre of Perth is no more than a 10 minute walk. The shower room was new and worked well - good water pressure - and the room although a bit small, was entirely adequate for our needs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would stay again when next in Perth."

"The staff are incredible, loyal, friendly, and like family. I cannot fault Staybridge suites always very clean very modern very good value and they even do a social evening during the week with free food and drink for an hour. It is like returning home and I always look forward to staying."
