"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. Shower had mould around grouting of tiles and needs bringing up-to date. Mattress - springs broken and had a dip did not sleep much. Extractor needs a good clean can see grease on top. Need...

"Nice place for a short stay. No problem with checking in or out. The pull out bed is small but works if you’re small. The place is smaller than the photos but works well for 1-2 people. "

"Very clean & cute accommodation, perfect for a group of “girlies” having a get-away for the night. Very comfortable beds; welcoming vase of fresh flowers on the dining table; lots of additional little extras (toiletries, tea, coffee etc.). Very close to amenities & lovely walks. "The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ? "Beautifully appointed, comfortable and great location. Easy and reliable carpark, everything you would need is in the house including games, books and dvd’s. Several family restaurants and cafes nearby, and bus into town from around the corner. We’ll definitely be back. "

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. "Stayed here for a week while moving between properties. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of St. Alban's, ideal for access to all local attractions.
