"The stay was fine. The parking was confusing. I pre-paid £5 but parked in the NCP (saying so when I arrived). I have just had a fine from NCP for £40. I now see this is not part of the Zone 10 street parking. The guest house should make this very clear on arrival when they accept payment. "

"The Coombe House experience with our host David was simply amazing. He greeted us with outstanding hospitality and made us feel welcomed and at home. Our room and breakfast was top-notch. Our bed and shower welcoming and relaxing. David provides a first class experience for all his guests. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels and B&B’s over the years but the Coombe House is #1. " basic but very comfortable accommodation 10 minutes walk from the nearest pub.The room was a decent size the bed was comfortable there was plenty of storage. The bathroom and shower were good with plenty of toiletries. there is plenty of parking room. I would take a torch if walking to local pubs and restaurants as the road has no pavement for about 100 metres and is quite dark but the road is quiet on a night"
