Located on the 1st and top floor, it comprises an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 28 m² air-conditioned living room with sofa, TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 35 m² terrace with a beautiful sea view and furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

The apartment is located in Verghia, above Mare E Sole beach, in a very pleasant setting. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private, numbered parking space in the basement of the apartment, as well as in the private parking space outside the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio 35 km (approx. 45 min. by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

Les Terrasses de la Pinède Wir haben uns sehr gefühlt in dem schönen Appartement. Gut ausgestattet, schöner Blick von der Terasse. Sehr nette Nachbarn :). Leider war der Pool nicht nutzbar, was wir weniger als 1 Tag vorher erfahren haben. Dank Airbnb gab es für uns eine Teilrückerstattung.

Les Terrasses de la Pinède "très bel appartement. bien situé. belle vue et tout ce dont on a besoin et plus encore. Par contre la piscine n'est pas accessible du tout et ceci depuis février (,et risque de ne pas l être de l été) . l annonce ne le précise pas et c'est fort dommage...et même presque trompeur au regard du problème rencontré pour cette piscine..on aurait aimé le savoir avant d autant plus quand c'est une agence qui gère... mais sinon tout était très bien"
