"The room was great value for money! Staff at the pub were nice and welcoming, as was the food. Housekeeping staff need to ensure there is handwash in the bathroom, we had to use our own. The skirting board by the bed had drink spilt all over it- not sure how long it had been there before. This did not effect our stay though but effects the rating given."

"Location was great and it was easy to find. I booked 2 family rooms, which were perfect for us and a good price. Rooms were clean, quiet, and had everything we required for our stay. Eg enough towels, extra pillows. Staff were polite, professional and happy to help. We had an evenibg meal in the pub. service was efficient and quick, which was great as we were travelling with children. "A lovely hotel where the staff were absolutely wonderful, the kids were over the moon with the biscuits the lady on reception gave us, just a little touch but it was lovely. The room was a little dated but had all we needed and was well maintained and clean which is more important than the era of furniture (think 1990s pine era). The initial lack of signage for the car park had us almost parking out the front in a car park full of pot holes but as we got out we realised the car park was round...
