"The Royal Level extras were outstanding. The food and service in the RL asana restaurant was 5 star. The RL pool was the only heated one, this was very necessary in the Lanzarote wind. Our room looked out to the power station and it was very very quiet which I appreciated. "

Welcome drinks on arrival and managed to get into the room at 2.15. Breakfast was the best I have had abroad yet. Plenty of selection, massive points for the variety of fresh smoothies they offer. 10/10 Overall we would definitely come back"

"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly down to the coastal path, using the side roads or the paths in the black volcanic gardens just opposite the hotel. Bit blustery but very enjoyable. "

"Perfect location with sea view, very clean and staff very helpful. One complaint was bed very hard and the pillows were awful rock hard and flat , maybe ok for some people but unfortunately not us. "

"Siroco's location is on the edge of the main holiday area so is very quiet and the clientele is more cosmopolitan than Costa Teguise, which makes it more interesting. Within a very short distance is a good range of decent supermarkets and other shops, cafes and bars plus the beach area. The coastal path that takes you up to around10 kilometres to the west is delightful. The staff at reception are so professional and helpful. The breakfast and evening dinner are self-service buffets with a wide range of so many mouth-watering dishes that change every night, so are truly excellent value. "

"The hotel is fabulous and the food was really good too. The only small issue I had was the lack of explanation/clarity of the "reserve" option that has an exclusive access lounge and access to both swimming pools, instead of just the one."
