"The hotel is very grand with old-fashioned furniture which is a little faded, but I quite liked it. Plenty of facilities, although the Spa is extra and I didn't opt for it. Breakfast was inclusive, and excellent with an extensive buffet selection. So much to eat that I didn't bother having lunches during my stay! "

The hotel is located about 1 km from Playa Bastián Beach, which is a pleasant 20-minute walk. "Great stay and even more fanatstic staff. Hotel has very good facilities, two outdoor pools and spacious rooms. We opted for half-board and I have to stay breakfast and dinner were really worth it. Food felt slightly repetitive after two weeks of stay though. Hotel is very close to a small supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. "We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "

"Very good all inclusive. Much of the food was very good quality. Excellent salad section. Friendly helpful staff. Great location as long as you donot want to be in the thick of lively entertainment, but its about 20 mins away, on foot. Lovely views on to small rocky beach from the evening bar. Mainteance shows its age in a very few areas eg leaking air conditioning. We would definitely go back. On balance excellent value for money."

"Lovely hotel in Teguise, We stayed in room 6 which is a very good size, and has two balconies. One overlooks the inner courtyard and the other (at the front of the hotel) has a westerly view... great for watching the sun set over the volcanoes with a sun-downer! The hotel has a very relaxed and laid-back feel, with friendly staff. Fabulous continental breakfast, and a very good restaurant too. We would definitely return."
