"We stayed here for a trip to Disneyland with our family of 8. Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, location was close to the parks, kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning before getting on our way! House was very nice and clean, neighborhood was quiet and cute and everyone had a great time! Would absolutely stay here again."

"This was a wonderful place to stay. We had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The house was in a good location and we were able to find great restaurants and grocery stores close by. We had great communication with the manager. Checkin and checkout process was easy and fast. "

"This was a good place to crash after some long days at Disneyland. It wasn’t much of a hang out place but we didn’t need that. Unfortunately, the beds weren’t very comfortable and squeaked all night long. We didn’t use the pool, too cold. But again, was a great place to just crash because we appreciated the price tag after paying for Disney. "

"You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here! Beautiful, clean, spacious home. Plenty of beds, towels, dishes, cooking items. We had 4 adults and 4 children and had a blast! Super close to Disneyland, beautiful backyard to throw a football, we grilled out and cooked in the kitchen. The owners are SUPER thoughtful and responsive. "We’d totally stay here again. The property is good value for money and found the host/rental process very easy. We were three adult couples and had plenty of room. It could easily house two to three families. Though the furniture and appliances are a bit on the older side, we found things to be in good condition and working. The beds were comfortable, too. The house was cleaned to a very good standard. We sat out one evening for fireworks and the yards are nice! We did not use the hot tub, but...

"The place was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we hoped for, including pool, hot tub, master ensuites and all the kitchen items. Very close to Disney Land and centralized in the city. Check in and out was simple as well. Thanks for the memories."

"Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!"

"We had a wonderful stay here! Great location! We went to Disneyland and was only about 10 min drive. Everything was great. Only thing is the pool heater didn't work (the hot tub did though!). The girl bedroom beds were really squeaky and the master bed was a tad uncomfortable due to it being sunken in one one side. Overall, great place to stay! "

"We have family in Tustin but always like to try and do some Disney activities. The location was perfect! Nice neighborhood with necessities close by. House was perfect to relax in and spread out. We will definitely be staying here again! "
