"I will start with the positives, the outside space is amazing around the whole property, the pool, bbq and outdoor table is also great, the views around the whole villa are breathtaking. "House was lovely; owner was extremely responsive to requests such as supplying a crib and meeting us ahead of our check-in time to let us drop off luggage. Unfortunately, the lack of air-conditioning made this an impossible stay for my family with a 1-year old ibnfant; also the neighborhood is at least 20 minute walk to the beach which was also very difficult with a stroller. I think it would be a great property for younger folks without children."

"From the moment we booked our stay at Villa Can Duarry the hosts, Isabel & Jordi went above and beyond for us. They arranged a private chef for our small little family gathering where we shared our vows together on their property. It's like a private resort with everything you could ever need. You can walk into Premià de Dalt and grab a coffee and groceries. She provided recommendations and put us in direct contact with a local cab driver to take us into Barcelona. "The host was nice and accommodating, good communication! The place was beautiful, and the view was breathtaking!!! The pool was a plus after walking around all day and being able to go for a swim to relax! There was plenty of bedrooms for my group of 9. Will come back again and will recommend it to others!"

A few minor things could be improved, e.g. he boardwalk around pool is rotten in parts and has risen in others plus a few instructions for the equipment would help, e.g. 3 coffee machines but no instructions for any and series of pods but no idea what the colours represent. "We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The house was well stocked with all the essentials we needed. Jacques was a fantastic communicator through out our two week stay. The location of the home is a great central location between Sant Pol Del Mar and Calella. Should I ever return to Barcelona I would absolutely seek this property out again. "
