"The booking said beachfront. We were 10 minutes away. Tried to contact the hotel 4 times prior to our stay for a shuttle from the airport and was put through to a number that rang out on each occasion. Shower was broken. Someone came to fix it and it broke again. We weren't given access to the pool. Had to walk back to reception. Was given a fob that didn't work. Had to walk back to reception and was gives a card this time. Washing machine didn't work. Had to wash clothes by hand....

"We stayed in this hotel for FIB festival as a group of friends. Location was perfect, close to beach, festival, restaurants. Rooms were very clean, mini-fridge could be arranged for a small charge.
