It has a mini split that keeps the space warm in the winter (or cold in the summer). We did not end up needing to contact the hosts during our stay, and the check out was also a very simple process. "Very roomy and clean. Owner was quick to respond to messages. The front door lock broke and he replaced it immediately. There was a snow storm the night before I was to leave and he offered me more time in the morning. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to that area. "
