"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Carriage House and hope to visit again! The carriage house is smaller, but it was a perfect fit for the two of us. Stephanie was a wonderful property manager and all the amenities (kayaks, bikes, grill, patio, etc) were wonderful. She even let us borrow their shark tooth finder, and we were able to find some shark teeth near Venice Beach! It is helpful to have a compact car since parking is a little tight. "We had a fabulous day at Steven’s property. The photographs really don’t do the property justice. Everything was immaculately clean and the property had everything we needed for a stay near the beach. The property is in a very safe area with lots of amenities in close proximity. Steven was super helpful when my account with Vrbo wasn’t working and incredibly patient. Looking forward to visiting sunny Sarasota soon :) "

"This property was exactly as described. Everything needed to enjoy some time at the beach. Easy drive to the beach and very quiet neighborhood added to the relaxation. A slight issue with the lock box upon entering, but a quick response from the owner was appreciated."

"The 1920's Cottage was absolutely a wonderful stay with beautiful gardens and wildlife and very tranquil and very accessible to other places. We enjoyed Lido beach north and Sarasota downtown and took a drive within an hour to Saint Petersburg a very trendy and beautiful city. Our host Nigel was very kind and accommodating."

"This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. The location was easy to access beaches and stores nearby. The tiki bar is delicious and we tried several food items and they were great. The service was fairly slow whether it was busy...
