"The check in was different, the number on the email I got did not work, so once we arrived one of the numbers we called answered, not long to wait at all before we could go in to the house, this was good. The shared spaces were not clean and the system of not washing anything and waiting for the people managing the property to set off the dishwasher meant there was limited items that could be used.
