"Very easy to walk a couple of blocks to the beach. Very clean and I appreciated having one dedicated parking spot for a small car, a very private patio area with plenty of light, private laundry, and 2 beds in the 2nd room. Host was responsive to questions. It has been nicely remodeled and was not cluttered. They have bikes available in the garage so you don’t have to worry about renting any which was a huge plus since that was our form of transportation. "This is a nice little beach house in a quiet neighborhood. It is comfortable and conveniently located near Mission Bay and the beach. It was great for our girls week at the beach. The biggest plus is having the parking space right behind the unit. This is a typical beach community where parking can be difficult. The kitchen is adequately supplied including dishes for children.
