"My family of 12 adults stayed to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary and we could not have picked a better home in the most perfect location in the Outer Banks. We had plenty of room for our 3-night stay. The house was a short walk to the beach and various stores and restaurants just a short drive away. "

"A little about us. We are a family of six. Two adults, two teenagers and twin 19 month old babies. so, here are the good things about this property… it is close to the beach. Aaso close to the community pool. The size and quantity of the decks are nice. The hot tub is great. The air conditioning was great and my bed was comfortable. The number of rooms were just what we were looking for and it was nice to have the outdoor shower. Plenty of parking. And the neighborhood was very quiet and close to a grocery store and some really great restaurants. now for the bad. The house was quite dirty and dated. There were dead and dying bugs all over the place. There were spiders, ants, flies, and they were all in various states of life. I found numerous dead spiders throughout. And my teenagers had an issue with live spiders in their room and bathroom. Throughout the week my teenager said that they killed an upwards of 7 to 10 spiders. So if you have arachnophobia, I definitely do not recommend this house. Additionally, on the first night that we were there, I was pouring a cup of water, and it spilled a bit and as the water was dripping down the cabinet, it was turning brown as it landed on the floor. There were cobwebs all over the house. All of the AC vents had black stuff on them… I don’t know if it was mold it could’ve just been dust that mixed with condensation, but it wasn't good to see. All in all, I would say that this place really needs a deep clean and some updates. "

"The house was perfect for my extended family--plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Large area with multiple sofas for everyone to relax in the evenings in front of the TV. We appreciated all of the streaming channels available. The walkway to the beach was perfect for ease of children walking back and forth to the beach. "

"Ten of us stayed at Cia Bella. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen had more than my kitchen at home. They don't mention it, but they have a high chair and gates, which was great since we have an 8-month-old grandson. The kids loved the air hockey. The kitchen table was big enough to play games. Bring towels. You'll need them."

"Property was very clean. Convenient-within walking distance to the beach and stores. Appreciated all the amenities-beach wagon, chairs, sand toys, umbrella, pool, hot tub, gaming console just to name a few."

"This was our second time same house. Location perfect. Proximity to supermarket is nice !Although statement made that path to beach is private our neighbors didn’t seam to bother to use it at leisure! Even some random people used the gazebo for pictures! The path itself should be cleaned up from sand, the steps were covered, the incline was challenging to the least agile due to the dunes height. I know it is prohibited to take them down but at one point you will lose the view of the ocean if nothing is done about it! The house smells musty, it could use an update especially second floor bathroom. Very disappointed no beach chairs available, I was not aware until we got there.. our last vk there was thanksgiving, we didn’t need beach chairs! Overall great vacation but not inclined to rent same home again."

"Perfect home for multigenerational families. Plenty of space with multiple full bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals to include a bonus fridge on the lower level. Pool was perfect with lots of daytime sun. Short walk to the beach (5-8 minutes) with a lifeguard on duty. Beautiful community close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. Can’t wait to visit again!"
