"The place was acceptable. There was no reception in the building, you had to walk around the block to check-in or if you needed something. Cleaning was decent. I had a room with a balcony and the street was noisy. Bring earplugs. The breakfast is very basic, but it was available 24 hrs. "

"I really wanted to give this place a 5 because the mixed reviews/inconsistent photos made me a but nervous to book but I have never been more pleasantly surprised. The only reason I knocked a star off is for a bad customer service experience at the end of our stay. There appear to be 2 different kinds of rooms in the photos, one super nice & one not so nice. Our room was INCREDIBLY nice for this level of hotel/hostel. I think they are renovating or something so there is a chance you could book...

"Our stay was excellent overall. Our reception by Karen was top notch...every hotel would be lucky to have such a person receiving their guests. So friendly and helpful. The room was well designed and stocked, including a little fridge, though the room itself was a pretty small but not unusually so.
