"Could be better didn’t look as good as the pictures showed. Kitchen didn’t open early and the kettle was broken. Shower could have been cleaner but overall average. Wouldn’t really recommend"

"Charming Boutique bed and breakfast in almost the perfect location. Staff has very limited hours. No breakfast before 8:30. they leave at 1700. We arranged for the door code and the keys were in an envelope. Overall a great stay. "

"It was a lovely place to stay, though reception closes at 5.30pm so can be a bit tricky if you get there late. However, they do send the instructions which are clear. The continental breakfasts are good. The staff lovely and spoke English. My only problem was getting the TV to work, though I didn't really watch much. I would be happy to stay there again. Convenient walk to metro and eateries"

" This hotel is an excellent choice for tourists in Barcelona, offering a central and convenient location for everything. The staff is very friendly and accommodating; we were able to store our luggage at the hotel since we arrived early and left late. The breakfast is outstanding, and they also provide complimentary drinks, coffee, and beer 24/7. Highly recommended!"

"The property was good. I know it says THE 8 Boutique B&B not it’s just the Bed minus the Breakfast. The owner was very helpful. The bathroom is really nice and modern. As for the room it was nice and big. Look like from an IKEA catalogue."

"My partner and I visited 7 cities in two weeks and this was our favorite stay of our trip. Great location close to Casa Batlló, shopping, and great restaurants. The place itself was very charming, cozy and it felt really nice to come back to it at the end of the day. Breakfast was also very lovely. The owners are also warm and gracious. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Barcelona!"

"I could not recommend this hotel any more. Since returning home over 6 months ago I have raved to dozens of people about how amazing and incredible this hotel is and I have recommended every single one of them if they travel to Barcelona, they should stay here. I was here in mid July so the weather was bright and sunny and 30 degrees every day so the air conditioning within the hotel was much needed; I would honestly say that it is some of the best air con I’ve ever had in Europe. "Casa Luz is clean and comfortable. It is located near a lot of attractions without being on La Rambla which it could be crowded and noisy. Excellent service and you can have breakfast with a nice view from the six floor. "
