"I would give it 5 stars except for A) One elevator was out of order and the other was very slow and B) because it's right by the QEW, there is a lot of traffic noise. Aside from that, it's a great hotel. Bright and clean and modern. The rainfall shower was awesome, bed was comfortable, room was nicely furnished and seemed very clean. There is both a breakfast restaurant and a dinner restaurant attached to the hotel which is convenient, and you can walk to Walmart and a dollar store as well as a few other assorted shops if you need to. I've stayed here in the past with my children as well and we had a two queen bed room with a pullout couch and it was great, too. They loved the pool and hot tub as well on that visit. "

"The warm greeting by staff at the front desk was appreciated. The cleanliness of the room was very good. The free breakfast was great with a lot of variety of cold and warm breakfast items. "

"I stayed for one night in April 2025 while attending a meeting in Hamilton and it was perfect. The Pass code sent by text made it easy to access parking, elevator, and my room - not having a standard front desk was not a problem at all! The Standard Apartment was large and clean, and the Guest Manager kept in touch by text and phone to check whether I needed anything and to make my stay an easy and enjoyable one. I enjoyed the ease of the full kitchen and nearby grocery options, didn't need use the laundry but it's a great feature. "
