"This location is a great place to stay for those who are exploring the Shawnee National Forest. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking the Gardens of the Gods. The house is located next to several great restaurants. 10/10 stay! "

"Our family visited the Lake of Egypt area for 2025 Spring Break. The property is well maintained, well managed, friendly, accessible (minus the 1,000 steps to the water jk), and well stocked. The downstairs is perfect for kids to play and sleep while allowing adults the ability to enjoy the wonder view of the lake at night.The property owners are approachable, friendly, and available.
