"The reservation and check-in process went well. I did not receive the email with check-in directions as they state will be sent prior to check-in. However, did not encounter any issues when arriving at the property. Having parking on-site and included in the cost is HUGE as in Ft. Lauderdale everyone adds or charges in addition for parking. Very walkable and close in proximity to both food and activities. The only small, but not an issue as they do not allow for any late check-outs on...

"Terrible. Be ready. You’re going to wait in line, a lot. The elevator system is insanely inefficient. The unit we had had so many things wrong, including the cooktop which I had to call maintenance twice for and then ended up fixing it myself. You’re limited to just 2 chairs at the beach so your kids need to sit in the sand. Awful. I’ll never stay here again."
