I had my own private fenced yard area with a covered dining table. There was an outdoor tv and lighting if you want to sit outside in the evening. The best part is is that it's about a 2 minute walk to the beach."

There is no bathroom sink, but a small kitchen sink outside the BR. Limited kitchen appliances, no stove, there's a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice shower. Shower only has warm water, kitchen tap has hot water. Fast internet and great A/C. Location is amazing. 2 min. walk to beach. Minutes to restaurants and stores.
