"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exceptionally comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was good. Our cabin included a deck with hot tub and table with chairs. The setting was charming with geese and a guinea hen. We enjoyed our neighbors, most of whom were camping nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing and unique experience!"

"The ranch was scenic as wildlife and wildflowers were plentiful. The ranch proprietors ensured that our stay was excellent. The prepared meals were amazing. "

"Well, hmmm, the concept was great but the attention to detail was extremely lacking….it certainly would be a tight sleeping arrangement/ squeeze for 4 adults, there were 3 of us. And for starters: Couch was filthy, ladder to the loft …we are in our 60s and was sketchy for our age group AND, Im a pretty adventurous soul and grandma, would NoT want my Grands attempting that ladder to the loft…shower curtain mildewed, coffee pot wasn't working properly… rain came thru the bottom of the door....

"I don't like to speak ill of anyone, but IF you don't have high expectations of where you lay your head at night and want to find a new friend, you have found the perfect spot. It is way out of town on a nicely maintained stretch of highway. The quiet ranch-style place has a couple of used storage sheds that the hosts have turned into a 'cabin.' "This house is on a large ranch, and if you are looking to get away from the city, this place fits the bill. Lots of deer and cows and wide open space. No WiFi, but AT&T cell service was good enough to stream video. Master plus two other sleep rooms, we split between the boys and the girls. Front porch is good area to watch the deer. House is well equipped with all the "stuff" you need to cook. There is an HEB in town, with lots of outdoor activities including Colorado Bend and Inks Lake State...
