the manager and his wife were the kindest people. They clearly want to make your stay as good as possible. They smile and greet you each time you come and go..:) We enjoyed our few days in Cove at this hotel. The AC was cold, the beds were extremely comfy, those pillows were great! also having a washer/dryer there was wonderful and so handy. the fridge in the room was an asset to us for our bottled waters and snacks. Plenty of towels were there. The daily coffee/breakfast bar was wonderful and convenient. Many options were available to start your day. After our 14 hr journey back to AL, we arrived and wanted to just say thank you!

A bright spot in a difficult day.
I was concerned at first about staying in a hotel as I have had bad experiences in the past. However, much to my surprise, I had a great experience. Rajesh and his team did an amazing job at keeping the hotel top notch. The continental breakfast was great especially with waffle iron. That was a nice touch. Comfortable and clean rooms with great amenities, even for the price point I paid. I was amazed and felt lucky to have stayed in such a great hotel. Cobsidering I was in town to go to a funeral, my room was a bit of a much need place to lift my spirits.

Id like to send a compliment to their staff which was very polite and helpful.. the night attendant a gentlemen by the name of Rene` was extremely polite and helpful with my booking and worked with me on my exit. Kudos that was superior customer service sir!!
