"I had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights was the two toucans that visited us in the morning. They were flying around, perching on the trees, and watching us while we relaxed on the terrace. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and unique getaway! "

"Gorgeous place. PLUS having Vanessa as a concierge was priceless! She helped with absolutely every aspect - tours, transport, reservations, any issue that arose. The housekeepers were phenomenal- even doing our laundry regularly. The beach area was great too. To have the chairs and umbrellas, a waiter, activities guy Ricardo, transport. It was all great. "

"Apartment was as advertised — in the middle of a Tico neighborhood. The apartment itself was great — decent-sized one-bedroom, well-stocked kitchen and the AC was fantastic. The only downside was it was a very busy and noisy neighborhood. But the pluses outweighed that. It was a 5- to 15-minute walk to a bunch of good restaurants and bars, including the upscale marina. "We really enjoyed our stay there overall. Unfortunately there was an issue with our toilet that was leaking waste water on the floor. I was in contact with management but unfortunately it wasn't fixed during the 4 days we were there. Except for this little issue, we had a good time in quepos, the apartment was clean and beautiful. One recommandation for the owner would be to provide better cooking pans and knives. We couldn't find one knife that was sharp enough."

"This apartment is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet. It is close to Manuel Antonio and Quepos and all of their restaurants, beaches, and activities. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio listening to the birds. While walking in the neighborhood we saw monkeys, macaws, giant blue butterflies and toucans. The hosts Karen and Harry were very accessible, friendly and helpful. Before we arrived, Karen set up a tour for us that picked us up at the apt and took us to Manuel Antonio Park...

"We came during the rainy season and there weren’t too many other guests, so we felt like VIP’s! The hosts were very attentive and we had a wonderful time for breakfasts, happy hour, and dinner. The pool was lovely for a night swim and the room was comfortable with the AC. The property was a little tough to find because you have to go off the beaten path, but it was like a little diamond in the rough once we got there!"

"I stayed for about 3 weeks. This studio has so much character and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had more cookware and utensils than my actual kitchen at home! Karen and Harry were fantastic hosts and lovely people in general. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"We had a great time here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave us a map of the town and lots of food recommendations. The inside of the rooms felt dated, but the pool/restaurant area was pretty and clean and we were offered drinks while sitting there. All of our tours were able to pick us up from the gate next to the waterfall. There's also tons of trees surrounding the hotel where macaws like to gather. We would have stayed longer but we could only do one day. "

"What a wonderful place. We cannot thank Karen & Henry enough for the hospitality and scheduling of our tours. Their suggestions were VERY helpful and were totally thrilled with everything. The house, deck and pool were amazing and only eclipsed by Daisy the wonder dog! As some others have said, you have everything we needed. We love to cook so the kitchen was well equipped! "Very good bang for your buck. Itza (the woman taking care of the place) was very easy to deal with and very friendly. The laundry machines were available any time we needed and we seen a few animals when there. "

"After this stay I think boutique hotels will be our new favourites. The hotel was small, quiet and comfortable.
