"This place was great! You can tell it’s been renovated and the owner/staff was super responsive to all the messages and questions I had. They even recommended a transportation service to Mount Vesuvius and they came right to us! The staff/owner was super friendly and they showed us how to work everything. "Residenza Pansa was in a convenient location, but was hard to find; google maps has a hard time with steps and alley-ways that are prevalent in Amalfi. It would be helpful if walking directions were provided for guests to assist in finding the hotel from the ferry/bus area. The room and staff were great and the small out-door terrace was nice too. The down-side of this property is that it is located right above the main road in town, so it is quite noisy."
