"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. Mauro and the housekeeping staff at Palazzo Margherita were so kind, helpful and hospitable. Worth the splurge...

"We enjoyed a lovely 4 night stay here, up in the mountains with a fabulous view over Vesuvius. Both bedrooms had air con and we had use of a pool shared between 3 apartments. Although the apartment is dated, it had every we needed. Vincenzo made us feel very welcome and he lives in the apartment block so help is always on hand. "We absolutely loved this place! It’s the perfect size for a couple. The location is a little tough, pretty high up so it takes a while to walk down to the beach area and we had to take the buses to get back up, but plus of that is the views are gorgeous. "
