"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"Staff is very nice. Location is very convenient to Stroget shopping and bus stops. Beautiful view and spacious rooms. Breakfast was good and dining area was big enough. Only con is needs a little updatigg ng for the rooms. A little dark but overall good stay. "
