"It's a nice, quiet place. The pool is under the trees so constant cleaning is needed which is done often by the clients throughout the day. Avoid rooms 15, 16, & 17 as due to the design of the hallway, the mosquitos have no escape and congregate there in large numbers. The 2nd floor suites are lovely. The area is residental and is very quiet. "

"This is my second stay at this property since its opening in november. The staff here make this an even more amazing place to stay. Housekeeping is always immaculate, the pool bathrooms always clean. The staff really seem to care about keeping this property in its near new state. "This resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beach in Santa Cruz. As well, frequent shuttles are available to the Nirú Beach Club. All the staff at both locations are excellent. Highly recommend as a stay for couples or families. Lots of happy children in the pools!"

"I travel with my 97 year old dad and special needs adult sister. Being safe, cleanliness and taken care of are priorities of mine. All that and more is what we experienced at this hotel. I would not recommend following the directions on Maps. There was a much easier way to get there and i am glad the guy at Alamo suggested a better route. Super easy to find it. The staff, location and safety were perfect. Very peaceful! I plan on extending our stay here by a couple more days."
