"Property was clean and quiet. Room used to be a smoking room as you could see melt/burn marks on the carpet and what looked like a large make up mishap on the carpet as well. Also, when you turned up the air conditioner you could smell stale cigarette smoke. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was beautiful but in the shade a lot. Do not recommend ground floor rooms as you are unable to open your blinds for light as anyone walking by can see right into your room. "

Price was very reasonable and we would definitely stay again when returning to Case Grande. Did not try the breakfast as it was past time when we left. Employees were friendly and efficient."
