"Perfect for a weekend visit attending a wedding at the Autumn Estate just down the road. The place was clean and complete with routine amenities! They even left waters and some beverages in the fridge. It was small for 2 couples but we didnā€™t spend much time in the cottage anyway, so it got the job done! "

"Beautiful, private cottage with exceptional hosts. Lisa was attentive and accommodating to our needs, and very easy to communicate with. The house was immaculate, and very thoughtfully decorated. We brought our boat and were grateful for the private dock...we had a great time fishing, waterskiing and exploring the lake as well as traveling up the Songo River thru the locks. We had a wonderful, wholesome family vacation and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for opening up your home to us!"

"Busy street and property difficult to find. Property address hard to find. Bathroom door in master bedroom didnā€™t close and floor uneven throughout the home. Bedroom door doesnā€™t open all the way due to space constriction. The sheets were dirty we found human hair all over them. Couches have big holes thatā€™s why they have blankets or throws covering them. The rental is next to two Inns. No washer or dryer or dishwasher. Heater/fireplace made noise. Internet was very intermittent. We think...

"Overall, we enjoyed our time. A few things that need to be addressed, like the distance between the parking and house. You'll need a wagon, something on wheels, especially if you are older. Checking in process is a bit confusing, we had to call the 800 #. However, it's a beautiful spot, very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend."

"We had a great time boating and enjoying this lakeside home. The house was clean inside, and spacious as pictured. We also loved visiting Screw Auger Falls and Moose Cavesā€¦just a short drive away. I suggest that there be more kitchen towels available as well as washcloths in the bathrooms. The outside of the home couldā€™ve used some cleanup as well. "

"We spent a week on Sheep Island in July 2024. We loved it. The accommodations were beautiful, the kitchen well enough equipped, the beds comfortable, the lake clean and the view amazing. We had 2.5 days of rain so were glad for the games and puzzles available. I think it would have been nice to have a clothesline for the swimming towels to dry. The chairs in the main area were about the only thing we would change. With the amount of rain, we were stuck inside but not very comfortably. ...
