"What a terrible hotel in a not so clean area of Cannaught F....g Place. Staff is generally okay, but in this day and age, when hotels usually have swipe cards and elevators. Here is it is all old-fashioned. Big huge keys and stairs. I think if you get you room on 3rd floor, you are probably screwed going up and down. Outside the hotel, unless u get away fast, again it is dingy and filthy. The windows were so old fashioned and UN-openable. There was no room heater given, but asked to use the AC...

"Outer circle of Connaught place and close to Janpath this budget hotel is great for getting around Delhi. Close to Rajiv Chowk the metro is at your fingertips as are autorickshaws and taxis. Rooms are clean, very 1970s decor but comfortable. Breakfast was OK, totally adequate for the price we paid to stay there. Totally cool place for people who want clean, comfortable, cheap. The entrance is weird where you walk up a narrow flight of stairs in between shops in Connaught Place to the 2nd floor for the actual entrance to the hotel. Once inside though, the interiors are good quality. I had to make multiple phone calls to get the extra bed in our room mistakenly reserved as a single kind bed room. Ultimately it did get setup the way we wanted before we arrived; but the hassle of not knowing until...
