"This was our second visit to the hotel and we can't wait for a third trip. From the moment you arrive you feel like you are a VIP and Mark the concierge is amazing, such an asset to the hotel. After being welcomed with a glass of fizz and a tour of the hotels facilities Mark leaves you to relax at your own pace, he even shows you to your room once it is ready. The suite with hot tubs are unreal, we haven't stayed anywhere like it anywhere else. The restaurants and cocktail lounge are all fantastic and the spa is a very laid back relaxing area where you feel at ease instantly. Food was gorgeous, we had tapas in the cocktail lounge for lunch, the evening meal in Mizumi was gorgeous and breakfast was excellent. We can't wait to stay again. Thank you all."

"Beautiful scenery, the lodge was clean, cool, and we had plenty of space. Amazing polite, friendly and helpful staff. The family had a perfect couple of days and will definitely be returning. "

"Manager was super helpful and kind. He checked my tire pressure for me, gave me great directions for my hike, and let me check out a bit later as I wasn’t feeling well. Met his girlfriend the night before over dinner and she was very nice and also helpful with recommendations on my trip. Overall, great experience "
