"The room was everything I wanted for my stay in Como. A gorgeous view of the lake from the balcony, clean, modern accommodations, and a brief walk from everything you want to see and experience. Checkin was easy and the staff was extremely responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone. "

"Nice place but a little small. Very convenient to restaurants and tourist attractions. The room is a little noisy as it’s right next to the city’s rail system that runs pretty much throughout the night. Once you get used to it, it’s fine. We made believe the noise was waves crashing on the rocks."

"This place is a hidden gem! Quiet, peaceful, and walkable to the the center of Como. Make sure to reserve a parking spot if driving in - we didn’t, and had to find street parking. Ended up working out but had to park a few mins away. Breakfast here was AMAZING, and the staff is so kind. We can’t recommend enough!"

"The apartment was very comfortable and well located however the checkin process was not good. No address was supplied prior to arrival, and the address on the map is incorrect. When we rang the number a non english speaker could not help, we waited and finally received another address. we walked there and again had to wait for someone to attend and let us in. I suggest a lockbox or similar would avoid this bad experience."

"Property is in a perfect location. The only downside in my opinion was finding it is very difficult and there is no hotel service such as room service. You will have to walk with your luggage to find the location as taxis cannot drop off at the location."

They just received a Michelin key in 2024, and you can see why. So well deserved. Everything about this hotel was perfect.
