"While this property was in a great location being on the lakeside with gorgeous western view; the overall cleanliness of the property could be improved. Situated on Campau Lake near Alto, Michigan, this 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage while dated is a nice stay. There are no stores nearby, so it is a drive into Lowell, Ada and Grand Rapids. "This cozy bungalow worked perfect for our family of 5 as we had friends on the lake and were able to keep our boat at their home. Very clean, smelled fresh when we arrived. The kids loved the loft and 2/3 slept up there comfortably. The 'waterfront' was more like a channel (definitely not swimmable) but my kids enjoyed the wildlife and catching frogs. I liked sitting out in the morning having my cup of coffee. Wound rent again 😉 Thank you"

"Wonderful place to relax and enjoy the weekend for my four sisters and I. The house was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The lake was beautiful and we enjoyed a wonderful fire in the pit. The water lilies made fishing from the dock a bit challenging, but we did manage to catch some bluegill. Overall a great experience. "
