The balcony room gave us a great view to the lake and other surrounds. The room is very clean, roomy and the bed very comfortable.The buffet breakfast was of a high standard, with great service from the staff. All the staff were wonderful, expesically the Front desk girls and the Head Concierge, Alberto, who went "above and beyond" to help me correct some logistic issues and arrange a private boat tour up the lake to my next hotel!"
