"Really enjoyed the stay and staff were very friendly, if I had to really stretch to say anything bad would been the parking is charged however tbh, the spa is including so levels out. Wish I booked a room with a view as we could just see the side of the property and a wall. But overall, will definitely stay again! "

"Exceptional staff, very helpful and accommodating. Brought us cutlery to our room when we ordered in, asked for a hoover due to messy children and they did it for us. The mattress felt a little worn/damaged in one area and the beds in general are also a little visibly worn. Nothing severe however and the staff more than made up for it. Extremely slow service in the restaurant - the table next to us was offered a complimentary drink as a result but we were not 3. "Room was big, but cold. Bed was huge and comfortable. Nice coffee machine, but not enough coffee pods or milk. Nice hot shower. A bit noisy room with hearing the traffic. Paid over £100 for 1 night, would have expected parking to be free. Menu very limited, not a lot of variety to choose and very expensive. Food was cold on delivery to the room and missed items. Cooked breakfast was cold and not a lot of tables set up. Coffee machine wasn’t working at breakfast. I had to ask to have this...

"Only one night stay, didn’t use restaurant so cannot comment on food. Good location, parking an issue but thankfully knew my way around."

"Good for what we needed. Tea and coffee facilities were great. Iron and Hairdryer included in the room was a good touch, first time I've ever needed to use them and they worked. The pool was ok, slightly too busy, but we did use it at peak time (evening). Great stay."
