"We were delighted with this comfortable and homey rental. The detail in the decorations is incredible. On our 6th day, we were still discovering it's amazing secrets. I wish we had more time to hear about the fascinating antiques inside the property. The host, Lou, was wonderful. She was very attentive to our needs, providing us with fresh eggs from her chickens and local blueberries without us asking. She also helped us out greatly when we had car issues. She set us up with a local car shop...

"The property is location in a beautiful country setting. Very impressive modern home. Well decorated, super clean and great beds. We were on a business trip but this home would be great for a family vacation in fact probably two family could stay at one time since there are so many rooms and beds. Very private huge yard which would be great for BBQs in the summer or anytime. The house is well stocked as well. It was just great. I feel it was the best rental unit we have stayed in over the years....

"This house is in a great location for visiting Victoria and surrounding areas. We were just minutes from Buschart Gardens and Victoria Butterfly Gardens. And this house was so clean that we honestly thought that it had never been lived in before we got there! Lots of special touches, including peaches and mini-horses in the backyard."

"We 4 adults were very pleased with the accommodations. Beds were very comfy and kitchen had all the amenities. We made use of the washer and dryer, a nice feature. We went to Butchart Gardens which was about an hour away, so the location perfect in relation to the Nanaimo ferry where we arrived. The beach was near but a bit treacherous for some of us to walk. "My parents and their friends really enjoyed their two nights’ stay in the past weekend. They said the house is clean, spacious, and pretty. It has everything they needed and more. "Outstanding customer service at the hotel for 4 nights. Constantly felt like staff and management went above and beyond expectations for us, as just “regular people”. When I reached out to customer service after having our departure flight cancelled at the airport gate, we were offered an upgraded room at a price less than our nightly rate previous and even on a Saturday night. Location is fantastic, Fathom restaurant is worth devoting your daily budget and caloric intake to — for one meal. The tiramisu pancakes will ruin every other pancake experience you ever have. Will definitely be back. And will tell ALL my friends. "
