The customer service myself & wife received at this beautiful , stunning resort was world-class. We have never received customer service like that anywhere in the world. They all made us feel very special. We were treated like royalty! The generosity & efforts they spoiled us with into celebrating our anniversary is something we will cherish forever xx Every single staff member that was working during our stay at the resort should be commended. The entire staff's warmth & professionalism was exceptional. Whether it be from the foyer- to the dining area- to reception- to the restaurants- to the pool- we were welcomed and made our vacation so special . The champagne celebrations at 6pm sunset were magical. Our experience at St Regis - the way the resort staff serviced us- should be a global template on how 5 star hotel customer service should be executed. We cannot THANK YOU enough. "Great resort with excellent customer service. Food is good and caters to the clientele. There is no Goan food for those of us who cam Outside the resort is terrible with lack of approach road and order. Too many people walking on the road in absolute unsafe conditions. Lack of taxi cabs make travel very very expensive. "
