"This was a clean and quaint place to stay. Dog friendly and roomy. We loved the dog run that let the pooches potty behind a fence for safety. We pray the property was not harmed by the flood as that area seems to be a target for a lot of the flooding we see on the news days after we stayed. Praying for the community and this little INN. The owners also communicated updates by text. They were great and we pray ok"

"This area was devastated by Hurricane Helene. I was surprised how great the property conditions were. Our condo was cute,cozy, and clean. I loved the exercise path. Can’t wait for the beach to reopen. Will definitely be back this summer!"

"My son and I usually stay in Chimney Rock- but due to the destruction of Chimney Rock that was not possible- we decided to stay in Lake Lure to help the community. This Lake House was such a cool change for us. There is a whole floor devoted to games like pool, ping pong and foosball. My 14 year old loved this. We spent a lot of time playing.
