"We stay one night with our children while traveling through. My son left behind his beloved blanket and not only did they locate it, they promptly mailed it to our home. What a life saver! Beside that, the hotel was clean, located in a nice area, the front desk was very pleasant, and the continental breakfast was presented nicely. Great customer service…definitely stay here! "

"Great hotel, comfortable room. Hot breakfast daily included with stay and hot coffee available all day long. There is a pool and fitness area, but we did not use during our stay. Pool seemed to always be full of families with lots of children. There was a lot of garbage around the property and overflowing garbage bins outside. Front desk staff were unfamiliar with transportation options. Recommended a local taxi, service was great to get downtown to powers auditorium but horrible trying to get back. Tried Lyft and they were there in 10 mins. Not the hotels fault but would think local employees would be able to recommend reliable transportation to people from out of town. Overall a great stay and would book again if back in the Youngstown area. Definitely hit up the Bull & Bear Tavern for awesome food and great drinks."
