"This house was just like the pictures and worked perfect for our group of 8 adults. My only regret is not having more time to spend just hanging out at the house. I highly recommend staying here. The caretaker, Oronizino, was great!"

"The house is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay, with several shops and supermarkets close by to stock up on groceries etc. Location wise, it’s perfectly situated to visit all the towns and beaches that the area has to offer. Renting a car is a must to explore the area. Emiliano (the host) and his son were fantastic in giving advice of places to visit and see and made our stay very comfortable. Any questions we had they were happy to answer. We can’t wait to come back...

"This is a beautiful house in the peaceful countryside and completely private. It is situated just over 2km from the centre of Martano. The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor terraces were perfect for sunbathing and meals. Valentina and her father, Alessandro, were very friendly and helpful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their house. Thank you!"

"The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. Not a huge menu but a very good meal. Communication with the host was good. Good outside seating, could maybe do with more comfortable seating inside. A very pleasant...

"De communicatie was duidelijk en snel. De aankomst was goed geregeld. Het huis is fantastisch! De kamers zijn prachtig. Ee is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor 13 personen. De buitenruimte is fantastisch en gezellig! De keuken goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging op de parkeerplaats leek in eerste instantie niet zo leuk, maar wel super handig. "La maison est magnifique, spacieuse et propre. Toutefois les matelas à ressorts sont très inconfortables, la piscine est commune à plusieurs locations (plus ou moins indiqué dans le texte de l’annonce mais nous avions coché "piscine privée"...), la terrasse de la maison étant à 3-4 mètres de la piscine nous avions des inconnus juste sous le nez (et avec des enfants, hors période scolaire..) dommage !"

"The property is very suitable for a family group. A caveat is that it works for up to 2 adult couples and several children. We had one other adult who had to find accommodations elsewhere for privacy as the fourth sleeping area is actually the kitchen. Great, functioning wood fired pizza oven was a plus."

"Basic house with well documented issues with shower problems. Quiet location although you can hear people moving and talking in the adjoining villa. The swimming pool was beautiful but cold, and in a beautiful well kept garden. Salvatore and Rosie were extremely welcoming and gave very useful local advice, as well as providing us with an excellent Apulian meal."

In der näheren Umgebung gibt es traumhafte Sandstrände: 20 Minuten mit dem Auto nach Süden (Lido Bora Bora) oder 15 Minuten nach Norden (Lido Pizzo). Karibik Feeling in Europa. Traumhaft. "We had a great time here. Views are fantastic, the property was lovely and great place to sun bathe. Not many restaurants in walking distance but plenty a short drive away. The owner was really good to deal with and his recommendations for restaurants and stuff were spot on! Definitely recommend!!"

"Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa splendida villa da sogno. La signora Katia ci ha fatto trovare varie prelibatezze salentine tra cui anche i pasticciotti, dolci deliziosi. La villa si trova in una posizione ottima per poter raggiungere i mari più belli del Salento. La nostra bambina si é divertita un sacco a correre e giocare nel meraviglioso giardino. Consigliatissima!"

"Good property for 5 ppl with a decent sized kitchen. Location was walking distance to center of Porto Cesareo but you do need a car to get to the nicer Lidos. Owner was very hospitable and available to answer questions. Overall a good experience but I do feel that the apartment needs a little refreshing."
