"Tolles Haus mit schönem Ausblick. Toller Pool. Lage ist super. Für Kleinkinder ggf. nicht ideal aber wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Zeit. Gastgeber stellte auch einen Hochstuhl. Sauberkeit war gut. Küchenausstattung war super. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war spitze. Lediglich die Aufteilung der Badezimmer ist etwas ungünstig aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran (zumindest wenn man mit mehreren Leuten reist). "Extremely beautiful house, wonderful views. We much enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Lovely walks nearby and much to do in the area including the local village but the house really made our holiday. It was festively decorated with a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations in the house and garden and candles. The house has beautiful touches throughout. "We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. "My friend and I stayed at Residence Contrin on a hiking trip to the dolomites. The small kitchen was just enough with everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The apartment was clean, and laundry on the property was very handy. The location was great, a short walk into town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again. "
