"Thoroughly enjoyed this expansive property with old oaks gracing the landscape and "dancing" fountain to greet you. Check-in was a breeze. Buildings newly renovated with trendy decor. Wine bar was nice and bartender attentive. Restaurant/Grill and desert shop onsite. Pool with lazy river was a nice, refreshing lounge area to let your worries go. Kiddie pool play area with dumping water and bigger teen slides as well. Swim-up bar to order food/drinks conveniently. Room was nice with a side chair, desk, coffee maker, fridge. Beach across the street. Many attractions and Casinos nearby. "

"In previous reviews I seen there was complaints about train sounds it must only be seasonal there are train tracks close by but we never heard anything the neighborhood was nice and the house was wonderful check in was very easy and the host was amazing if I could give this review more stars I most definitely would 10/10"

Sanderling - Gulf Views - Beach/Seafood/Fishing

Wonderful!

"Perfect in every way. Has everything you could possibly need. House was very clean and comfortable. I have used vrbo for countless rentals and this was one of the most beautiful ones I have seen. Weather was bad so we couldn't take advantage of the beautiful outside space and it did limit what we could do in the area. Lots of good dining options and the aquarium was really nice and very close. In spite of the bad weather we had a wonderful time and absolutely loved this house. I had a question for the owner before check in and her response was immediate. Thank you Mindy and Brian for sharing your beautiful home with us and making our gulf coast trip amazing. "

NEW beach house! Gorgeous views, private green space, and steps to the beach.

Great Place

"House is very well decorated with plenty of space and amenities. Beach is across the street. Location is convenient to anything you need and key attractions. If you have little ones the Lynn Discovery is a couple blocks over and our toddler absolutely loved it. Kathryn is an excellent host. We would book again 10 out of 10 times and hope to be back in the future."

Perfect Home and Location

"Everything about the home was perfect and exactly as described. The home was in a perfect location with the beach. There was public parking so we choose to drive there but one could easily walk. The fenced in yard was great for our pet. The kitchen had everything needed and then some. We were provided with excellent communication and instructions. I highly suggest this home! If we visit this location again, we will definitely utilize this location. - Susan"

Beautiful Home

"We loved our stay at this Beautiful home in Gulfport. Home has easy access to beach and is Very clean and spacious. Kids LOVED the PAC man machine and pool table. Lots of beach supplies in shed. New appliances with very nice washer/dryer for towels after the beach. Host was very responsive to questions. Would book here again . "
