"Booked 3 nights with my husband, two year old, and mother in law. Two separate bedrooms upstairs with large beds and plenty of storage for luggage. Kitchen has everything you need and a washing machine. My favorite was the sitting room with books to choose from and a very comfortable sofa. "First, if you are allergic to dogs/cats, take your allergy meds! I forgot mine and had a rough time allergy wise. Cute dogs everywhere :) BUT Everything about this hotel is awesome. They have a very attentive staff, great food, awesome bar and the views are top notch. The pool was heated while we were there and it was something out of a movie. "

"It was a perfect spot overlooking the harbor! We had a slight problem getting onto the free wifi when we arrived (quickly resolved!), and the hot water was not very hot when showering...but I would stay in this beautiful hotel again in a heartbeat! "

"Fantastic. Great hotel, professional staff, great location. Just be really careful if you need to park. If you miss the gate it's a 8-minute drive back. The only drawback was the heat in the room (winter). It was very hot. The desk turned the heat off remotely for us but it was still 82+ in there so we had to leave the door open (40's outside) to sleep."

"One of Portofino’s finest hotels. Our private, luxurious, high-ceiling, large room with a balcony overlooking the sea was a total treat. A fairy tale. A short stroll to the bay of Portofino where all the action is on the waterfront. The staff were so friendly and kind, they really took great care of us. We hope to return one summer to take advantage of the hotels own private beach. "
