"Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The bed mattress was old and uncomfortable so did not get a good night's sleep. The views from dining, lobby and room were spectacular. When walking in the back door of the hotel it smelled clean. There are areas that need updated but those little things can be overlooked with friendliness of staff and views. Will stay again if they update mattress. "

"Nice hotel...friendly staff...good breakfast. Room layout wasn't desirable. Not sure if they don't have king bed rooms or they were just out of them...but it didn't seem too busy. Bed wasn't very comfortable and the layout of the room/bathroom wasn't super desireable"

"Booked a short stay with family whilst visiting family in Seattle, was a bit aprehensive after reading a few negative reviews about the place , But truthfully needn't have worried , was a pure pleasure from beginning to end , really friendly staff , room was a bit small for 4 of us, but knew that prior to booking , beds were really comphy and maid service was excellent , kids really enjoyed the speed boat ride to the pool In all could not fault the place for the money I paid , "

"Amazing front desk service, quite and nice property my family is not one to spend time in a lobby at any hotel, but we stayed in the lobby for a good amount of time had lunch there. Staff was friendly. Cant ask for a better vacation. Pool and hot tub, we're the best one I've been to in a long time and everything was so clean "
